Dr. Jorge E. Isaza, MD
Orthopedic Spine Surgeon
Dr. Isaza graduated with a M.D. from the Universidad del Valle in Colombia, South America. From then he continued his studies at Tulane University School of Medicine where he got his specialization in orthopedic surgery. He did a fellowship in Spine Surgery at Tulane as well as a second fellowship in pediatric orthopedics at Children's Hospital in New Orleans. He has been involved in the advancement of surgical spine technology for over 25 years as well as having the honor to be the Chief Clinical Investigator for the Artificial Disc in the lumbar spine. He is also one of the first and few spine surgeons in the country to perform Endoscopic Spine Procedures.
Clint Costanza, PA-C

Mr. Clint Costanza graduated from Nicholls State University with a degree in biology where he was even crowned "Mr. Nicholls" of his graduating class. From there, he went on to achieve his masters of science in physicians assistant studies at South College in Knoxville. He has over a decade of experience, dedicating the better part of his career to orthopedic care, and has over 5 years of experience working alongside Dr. Isaza in spine surgery.
Sebastian Florez, PA-C
Certified Physician Assistant
Mr. Sebastian Florez graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in biology. He then spent over 3 years working alongside Dr. Isaza as his medical scribe. He then went to LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans where he achieved a masters in physician assistant studies. We are very happy to have him back as a part of our family, not just for his experience, but also for his positivity and patient-first mentality.
